How to Importing a 2015-2016 Student Roster

Open your 2015-2016 Haiku class.

  1. Click on Manage Class.
  2. Select Edit Roster.

  1. Click on Manage Roster.
  2. Click on Import Students.

Import students from another Roster

  1. Check the box next to "Only list my classes".
  2. Select the 2015-2016 School year.
  3. Click on Search.
  4. Click on Import.

Verify and Import Students

A list of your 2015-2016 school year students will be displayed.

  1. Verify these are your students, scroll down to view all.
  2. If these are in fact your students, Select Import Students.

If they are not your students, select Back and verify you have the correct settings selected.

If you have the correct settings set and these are not your students, please send a helpdesk@lbusd.org ticket to the Tech Services.

Verify and Active your class

  1. Review the list one more time.
  2. Be sure to look on multiple pages.
  3. Select Make Active.
  4. Select Close.

Your Students are now Rostered to your Haiku Class and the class is now Active for student viewing. Students will need to use their Google Account username and password to view the class.

To Verify your class in visible to only Students

To Verify your class in visible to only Students

Go to the Manage Class Tab + Class Settings.

  1. Verify  "Only people in the Class Roster" option is selected.
  2. Click Save.
