How Do Parents Sign in to Haiku

All parents in Aeries have a Haiku account to view their student's Haiku only.

Their username is firstname.lastname (as it is in Aeries) i.e. john.doe

Parent Passwords are private, if they don't know it or need a new one, Parents can click on "Forgot your username or password?" on the Sign In Screen

How to Sign In to Haiku

1. Go to lbusd.org + Resources + Haiku to access the LBUSD Welcome to Haiku! page above.
2. Look for ^{PARENTS LOGIN HERE} on the right.
3. Enter parent username (firstname.lastname) i.e. john.doe
4. Enter Parent Password (this is the parents private password).
5. Click SIGN IN.
6. If parents don't know or have forgotten their username or password, click on Forgot your username or password? link.

Forgotten Your Username or Password

1. Enter the Parent Email address used in Aeries to register the student or Enter parent username (firstname.lastname) i.e. john.doe.
2. Click Submit. The username and password will be sent to the email address on file in Aeries.
